Our Journey

Launching our inaugural competition, we aim to harness the vibrant energy of our community, both CPC members and non-members alike, to provide a platform for artists to showcase their most compelling work. Every photograph narrates a tale, and through this competition, we aspire to share these narratives with a broader audience, ensuring every click gets its deserving spotlight.

As we set forth on this path, we were driven by two main objectives. Firstly, to celebrate the myriad ways one can view the world through the lens. Whether it's the golden hues of a setting sun, the intricate patterns in a close-up shot of nature, or the raw emotions in a street photograph, every image has a story waiting to be told. Our second objective was to foster a sense of community, camaraderie, and shared learning. We envisioned a competition where participation meant not just competing but also connecting, learning, and growing together. This will be culminated by a live zoom event with our judge(s), where honorable mentions and winners will be announced.
